AS Roma Club and Thomas Di-Benedetto issued a joint statement that confirms there was an agreement officially takeover Giallorossi.
Di Benedetto, businessmen United States (U.S.) Italian descent, bought Rome from Italpetroli - Sensi family-owned oil company - and UniCredit Bank.
The deal was completed after the takeover was in Italy in Benndetto since last Monday, to speed up negotiations.
"Italpetroli, UniCredit Bank, and Roma Di Benedetto LLC announced the talks in Rome has ended with the club purchasing the basic agreement,"the statement said, quoted by Gazzetta dello Sport.
According to media reports, the Roma reportedly received an offer of 108 million U.S. dollars, from In Benedeto.
"Within the next few days we will process the definitive version of the agreement in writing today, including a commitment to strengthening and development of Roma," he continued.
Also mentioned, the signing of the deal will be done within the next 20 days, which makes Roma Di Benedetto LLC presented a financial guarantee.
