Japanese musician, Kitaro again held a concert in Indonesia. Concert 'The Silk Road-World Tour 2011'that will be held at the Plenary Hall of Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) on 7 April 2011. The virtuoso is scheduled to arrive in Indonesia on April 5, 2011.
Kitaro also planned to attend the workshop 'honoring Gambaru: Indonesia Japan Support Rebuilding after the Tsunami' in University of Indonesia, together with Japanese ambassador the day before the concert was held.
"Recently there was an earthquake incident, yes, so we ask that there is such a commitment of at least 50 percent of profits to be donated to the Japanese," said Bakhtiar Rakhman, owner of Velvet Productions is a promoter Kitaro, at Tower 165, TB Simatupang, March 25, 2011.
Half of the ticket sales profits will be donated to the Japanese. About 16 songs will be sung Kitaro, like the legendary songs called Matsuri, Silk Road, and Thinking Of You.
