Berlin - More than 300,000 supporters of the major league club Borussia Dortmund German request tickets for the final match at home to their team this season, where the team is ready to hunt for the league title, according to AFP report.
Dortmund will host Eintracht Frankfurt in the Signal Iduna Park stadium with a capacity of 80 000 seats on 14 May and so far the club has received 301 requests a ticket, along with an additional 50,000 tickets this season.
With 8000 tickets available for supporters of Frankfurt, only 21 000 tickets that can be obtained after filing to get the tickets expire on April 10 deadline.
Dortmund's home game against Hanover on Saturday, tickets also were sold out, as well as against Freiburg in Dortmund on April 17.
Meanwhile, some tickets will be offered for the home game against Nuremberg on 30 April.
Currently, Dortmund has seven points in Germany's top league and will ensure the league title for the first time since 2002 with seven games left before the game this weekend.
